We combine more than 40 years of sourcing and manufacturing experience with UK-based production, full traceability, and advanced R&D capability. We supply both spices and functional systems designed for meat, plant-based, bakery, and ready-meal applications.
We can also help reduce cost-in-use, simplify formulations, and improve product performance through targeted blend optimisation.
Quality, Safety and Certifications
We believe great flavour starts with responsibility. Our facilities follow rigorous control points from sourcing to delivery, ensuring 100% traceability and consistent quality.
We operate under strict food-safety standards and recognised certifications. Our facility follows HACCP procedures, full traceability controls, and regular internal and external audits.
All spices and blends meet EU and UK microbiological standards, including aerobic plate count, yeast and mould, and pathogen testing. Heat-treated spices follow low-micro specifications suitable for ready-to-eat applications. Batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for every shipment.
We use strict allergen-control procedures with product segregation, validated cleaning, and documented line checks. Most of our spices and blends are naturally allergen-free. Allergen matrices and declarations can be provided on request.
Sanita Spices UK sources ingredients from established partners in Turkey, Asia, and all major growing regions worldwide. Every batch is fully traceable from origin to final packaging.
